Your account

You need an account to list apps, vote, comment or save apps. Keep your sign-in secure and your email address current; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create one. One person, one account.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post: listings, screenshots, videos, descriptions and comments. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, resize and share that content on Platformzone, in our emails and on social media to promote the listing or the site. The license ends when you delete the content, except where it's already been shared or we need to keep a record (for example, of a moderation decision).

You confirm you have the right to post it: that you make the app or are authorized to list it, and that your content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Rules

Follow the submission guidelines. In particular, don't manipulate votes or rankings, impersonate others, post malware or misleading content, scrape the site in bulk, or try to get around its security or rate limits.

Moderation

We review listings before they go live and may edit categories, decline or remove listings and comments, exclude votes, or suspend accounts that break these terms or the guidelines. We'll tell you why when we act on your listing.

Paid upgrades

Priority launches and featured placements are optional and priced on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. A purchase gives you what's described at checkout (a launch week or a featured week) and never affects votes or rankings. If we can't deliver a placement you paid for, or remove it for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we refund it. Other refunds are at our discretion, except where the law gives you a right to one.

Links to other sites

Listings link to apps and stores we don't run. We don't endorse or guarantee them; using them is between you and their makers.

Disclaimers

Platformzone is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that listings are accurate. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending things

You can stop using Platformzone and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell account holders by email or on the site before it takes effect.
